After obtaining his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Law from SUNY Binghamton University, Jeffrey R. Homapour obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Touro Law School.

While in law school, Jeffrey R. Homapour was elected as the President of the Real Estate Law Society for two consecutive terms and has received numerous awards for his efforts including, the Touro Law Center Award for Exceptional Contributions to the Growth of the Law Center; Touro Law Center Award for Exceptional Service to the Public and Community; Public Interest Law Organization of Touro’s Pro Bono Student of the Year Award; New York State Courts Pro Bono Service Award and the Student Bar Association Award for Organization of the Year.

Jeffrey R. Homapour is admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of the State of New York and State of New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York City Bar Association and the Iranian American Bar Association.
